the location was very central. the staff were friendly and accommodating.
i stayed for several nights and the laundry ran constantly at night. this made sleeping difficult. i think they should check complaints instead of acting defensive.

I appreciated the hotel's central location. It was close to many places i wanted to visit. the staff was helpful and quickly addressed my needs. i also liked the available luggage storage. It made exploring the area easier.
i noticed the room had some street noise at night.

I found the location really handy. It was close to everything I wanted to see, really. The staff was friendly and provided information about local attractions. The air conditioning in the room worked well, important.
The bathroom felt small, and the shower arrangement caused some water to spill onto the floor.
